Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers
Build and maintain relationships through calls, email, and occasional meetings
Assist with renewals and identify opportunities for additional services
Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate resolutions
Level 3: Engage with executive stakeholders and manage strategic accounts

Qualification

Customer service skillsCommunication skillsCall center experienceBasic technical knowledgeProblem-solving skillsCRM tools familiarityCustomer Success experienceAccount Management experience

Required

Previous call center experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Basic technical knowledge (routers vs. switches, network basics)
Level 3: Ability to interact with leadership and understand business cycles

Preferred

Previous Customer Success or Account Management experience
Familiarity with CRM tools

Likely increase in a couple weeks
Get .16% of renewal price with cap at 50k per renewal
Strong suspicion there will be growth targets/bonuses as well
