Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Run weekly client calls and manage ongoing communication
Own timelines, deliverables, and follow-through across accounts
Ensure work is aligned with strategy and client expectations
Maintain high standards for organization and responsiveness
Manage email marketing programs including campaigns, flows, and calendars
Coordinate with copy, design, and technical teammates
Review performance and surface insights, learnings, and next steps
Support SMS and broader lifecycle initiatives as needed
Manage tasks and workflows across tools and teams
Help improve internal processes and account systems
Anticipate risks, flag issues early, and propose solutions
Keep accounts moving efficiently without things slipping
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years experience in marketing account management, lifecycle marketing, or agency experience (a plus, but not required)
Experience managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable owning work end-to-end rather than waiting for direction
Preferred
More senior candidates are encouraged to apply; scope and responsibilities can adjust based on experience and strengths, including exposure to growth or business development initiatives
Preference for candidates based in NYC who are open to hybrid work
