Manual test new and existing features
Validate against requirements and expected behavior
Create and run test cases and regression checks
Log defects with clear repro steps and results
Verify fixes before release
Partner with dev and product on clarity and readiness
Maintain QA notes, test results, and known issues
Track time accurately (billable + non-billable)
Qualification
Required
Hands-on QA testing experience (manual)
Familiarity with SDLC and QA best practices
Experience with issue tracking tools
Strong attention to detail and clear communication
