Disney Platform Distribution Operations Intern, Summer 2026

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Platform Distribution Operations Intern for Summer 2026. The intern will assist the Network Management team with day-to-day business needs, including data integrity initiatives, partner management, and supporting various projects to improve content distribution processes.

Responsibilities

Sort data integrity initiatives to ensure accurate system records and reporting
Compile and analyze large volumes of data in Excel and validate against rights and product information in key systems
Support tasks and deliverables related to Technical Negotiations, Systems and Process Management, Data/Advertising integrations, Rights Management and Network Management and participate in user acceptance testing as needed
Assist the team in the development of presentations, training materials, and reports
Create and build relationships with counterparts across TWDC in sales, operations, production, digital media, legal, accounting, etc. and externally with distributors, business partners, vendors, and technology developers to aid in self-learning, support job functions, and to advance the goals of Platform Distribution
Develop relationships with business stakeholders and various technology and operations teams to identify, define and assist with projects to advance the overall business goals of Platform Distribution and inform technology roadmaps
Contribute to a team environment that is open and inclusive and encourages candor, communication and collaboration

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the in-person internship located in Bristol, Connecticut
Fully available from Monday – Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program

Preferred

Experience with Airtable, SharePoint and Smartsheet is a plus
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or other related major preferred
