Responsibilities

Formulates and implements effective tracking systems to ensure service delivery is provided within designated timeframes
Provides leadership and direction to team leaders and other direct support staff persons in all aspects of their work roles. Serves as information conduit to staff via verbal or written communication
Develops and implements effective techniques for evaluating Agency programs. Participates in program planning, development and Implementation
Participates and acts as a liaison with community advocacy groups to promote education and develop resources
Reviews and evaluates information on service delivery system methods, outputs, and activities to identify gaps in resources and recommend improvements
Assists In analyzing the applications and variations of programs to develop an action plan for improvement or initiate new programs
Perform related work as assigned

Required

Must have a Master's degree in social science, human services, or public administration
3 years' experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relating to the program area; of public administration and management techniques; of statistical analysis processes; and of program planning and implementation
Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; to prepare concise reports; to develop and evaluate policies and procedures; and to supervise the work of others

Preferred

Licensure through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists preferred (PLP, LPA, LSSP, or LP)
