Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 15-20 personal injury litigation files
Draft complaints and handle all stages of discovery
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
Supervise and direct legal support staff
Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in California
2-8 years of experience in personal injury civil litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Team player with leadership skills to supervise support staff
