Responsibilities
Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems
Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust
High accountability, reliability, and pride in work
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
