Sales Manager - HERC

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching
Track and forecast sales metrics including KPIs, ROI, and pipeline health
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends
Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking
Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct team training, onboarding, and weekly performance reviews
Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory alignment using ERP systems
Ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-up
Enforce pricing policies and standard operating procedures across the sales team
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for operational support
Assist in hiring, staffing plans, and departmental growth initiatives
Participate in strategic planning meetings and support branch expansion goals

Required

3–5 years of sales management experience
Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must be punctual with reliable transportation
Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Preferred

Experience in the vape or cannabis industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
