Provide hands-on explanations regarding new or updated products
Build rapport and stay in contact via phone or email
Communicate and interact with in-house sales representatives with updates and status on new or existing clients

Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to acquire new customers
Experience in coordinating existing relationships
Face-to-face interaction skills
Ability to provide hands-on explanations regarding new or updated products
