Responsibilities
Work with and process survey data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and professional standards
Read, interpret and understand civil, structural and architectural plans
Create or review accurate construction staking calculations from existing files for field crews using AutoCAD software
Prepare or review record drawings (As-Builts) from engineering files and field data using AutoCAD software
Be able to comprehend surveys, deed, legal descriptions and recorded documents
Provide preliminary boundary calcs and title review for professional land surveyor approval
Prepare base drawings for ALTA/Boundary surveys, topography and other land survey documents
Qualification
Required
The candidate must have a 4-year degree or related science degree and is halfway to licensure as a professional survey
Must be well-versed with AutoCAD (Civil 3D)
Must be proficient with computers
Must have at least 6 years of practical private sector land survey office experience
Possess a strong background in AutoCAD (civil 3D preferred)
Have excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written skills
Have the ability and desire to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
Be able to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
This is not a remote position
