Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - District Wide

Lewiston Public Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support for ABA-based programs. The BCBA will design and supervise individualized interventions for students with various behavioral challenges and collaborate with educators and staff to promote student success.

Responsibilities

Conducting FBAs and creating data-driven PBSPs
Coaching and training teachers, Ed Techs, and support staff in ABA strategies
Collaborating with IEP teams to develop behavior-related goals
Providing consultation and support to general and special education classrooms
Assisting with crisis plans, MTSS/PBIS, and staff professional development

Qualification

BCBA certificationMaster’s degree in ABAAutismBehavioral supportsMaine DOE

Required

Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Current BCBA certification
Experience with autism and behavioral supports in school settings

Preferred

Familiarity with Maine DOE Chapters 33 & 101
