Responsibilities
Own a multi-year AI strategy, spanning optimization engines, predictive models, agent frameworks, attribution systems, and generative AI experiences
Define how AI drives automation, decision-making, and performance across the entire platform
Identify emerging AI opportunities (LLMs, agents, reinforcement learning, causal inference, MMM/MTA) and translate them into high-impact product initiatives
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI Product Managers
Foster a culture of strong product thinking, experimentation, and accountability
Align executive stakeholders on strategy, prioritization, and tradeoffs
Partner with ML and Data Science leaders to define: Training data requirements, Model evaluation metrics, Offline vs. online experimentation strategies, Deployment, monitoring, and governance standards
Drive robust experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, simulations, offline replay)
Ensure models continuously improve through feedback loops and measurement
Guide the design of AI-driven systems such as: Bidding and budget optimization, Spend forecasting and pacing engines, Generative intelligence for creative and insights, Multi-agent orchestration frameworks
Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, explainable, and trustworthy
Clearly communicate AI strategy and impact to executives, technical teams, and customer-facing teams
Translate complex AI concepts into business and customer value narratives
Support GTM and Customer Success teams in positioning AI capabilities
Ensure AI features are intuitive, transparent, and configurable
Guide UX to balance automation with customer control
Drive adoption and measurable outcomes across customer segments
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in AI/ML-driven products, ad tech, or large-scale optimization platforms
Proven success shipping and scaling ML-based systems in production
Strong understanding of ML fundamentals (training pipelines, evaluation, experimentation, feature engineering, RL, LLM workflows)
Experience leading and mentoring PM teams
Excellent communication and product storytelling skills
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset
Preferred
Mandarin language proficiency
Experience working with global teams, particularly in Asia
Background in SaaS, retail media, or advertising technology
