Responsibilities

Oversight of staffing, employee development, and continual improvement of engineering practices
Will apply strong leadership skills to achieve sustainable top performance for yourself and your team
Will lead a team of [Rodgers-Mitchell, Britt A [US] (SP)] 7-17 personnel by supporting functional duties, such as quarterly reviews, performance rating, compensation planning, and career growth
Will provide effective collaboration, communications, and problem-solving skills to the team
Will demonstrate a commitment to ethics & integrity and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business
Will work with a variety of sites, stakeholders, and functions to achieve outstanding results
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of technical experience in any combination of field engineering, site installation or maintenance role(s) or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
Working knowledge of management practices and experience leading teams
Security+ CE Certification
Linux (RHEL) experience
Ability and willingness to work on a customer site and travel up to 10% to support business needs
Applicants must have a current active in-scope DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application which is required to start
