Responsibilities
Support data entry, user account setup, and maintenance in HR systems, including the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
Assist in generating standard and custom reports, preparing dashboards, and reviewing data for accuracy and trends
Provide technical and administrative support for training assignments, completions, and tracking within the LMS
Help create and distribute training surveys and analyze basic feedback data to support program improvements
Maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures in collaboration with senior team members
Qualification
Required
0-1 years of related experience
General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree
Familiarity with PCs and applicable software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
Ability to effectively present business information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and others
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
Ability to sit for extended time periods
Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
Preferred
