Corporate Developement Associate
Irth is a highly acquisitive, well-capitalized industrial software company seeking a Corporate Development Associate to lead end-to-end ownership of the M&A strategy and execution function. Responsibilities
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-level growth initiatives aligned with Irth’s strategic objectives
Conduct market and competitive analyses across critical infrastructure and energy sectors to identify trends, disruptors, and acquisition targets
Partner with business unit leaders to assess strategic fit and long-term value creation potential
Lead detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analyses for prospective acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
Support all phases of M&A transactions, including target screening, due diligence coordination, transaction structuring, and integration planning
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate synergies and ensure alignment with Irth’s operational and compliance standards
Develop complex valuation models using DCF, precedent transaction, and comparable company methodologies
Prepare financial forecasts, synergy estimates, and return-on-investment analyses for executive review
Provide data-driven recommendations and financial insights to support capital allocation and investment decisions
Serve as a central resource supporting both corporate and business unit leadership in strategic growth planning
Facilitate alignment between Corporate Development, Strategy, and Finance functions on enterprise-level priorities
Maintain a deep understanding of Irth’s markets, technologies, and program portfolio to ensure strategic coherence across the enterprise
Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memoranda, and strategic briefings for the CEO, COO, CTO, CBO, CFO, and Board of Directors
Communicate complex financial and market insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for executive audiences
Qualification
Required
