Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support 20% of the time and perform development activities 80% of the time
Technically analyze requirements to help define technical specifications and solutions
Configure, develop, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform
Identify solutions for identified issues during development via open-source community, liaising with vendor, and collaborating with engineers
Develop using best practices and standards; write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possible
Propose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team members

Required

ideally, 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
experience in one or more scripting languages
experience in ServiceNow systems integration
hold current ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification or additional ServiceNow certifications
working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA, GitLab
good technical writing and documentation skills
a committed and visionary team player with analytical and logical mind-set who is curious, collaborative, and constantly interested in learning new things
fluent in written and spoken English and able to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
