Responsibilities

Process payment repairs for payment messages that have been formatted incorrectly to ensure best execution for our clients
Make sure payments are processed accurately and timely, and any delays are resolved quickly and efficiently
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment, handling a wide variety of transaction types
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure best in class service and create initiatives for process enhancements
Display superior communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve client inquiries

Required

detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
focused on getting the best results for our clients
good communication and interpersonal skills
ideally 2+ years of experience in a banking or payments role
Expertise in payment operations such as wire transfers, foreign exchange and USD payment investigations
Working knowledge of payment systems, for example, SWIFT, Fedwire or CHIPS is a plus
