Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
Work in a fast paced, team based, client-oriented environment
Perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management
Support team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events
Deliver a consistently positive experience to our clients and financial advisors
Qualification
Required
series 7 and 66 licenses
ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on Finance or Economics
excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
