Talent Acquisition Manager
Aston Carter is working with a great client in the Kansas City area, seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and developing sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent.

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and assessment centers
Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal hiring policies
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-performing talent
Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Talent acquisition expertise with a focus on corporate roles
Proven experience in recruiting for HR and related fields
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
5+ years of Talent Acquisition and/or Agency experience
Preferred
Master's degree
