Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals
Draft, edit, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, appearances, engagement letters, and correspondence
E-file documents with state and federal courts
Monitor deadlines, docket entries, and litigation calendars
Coordinate meetings, depositions, conference calls, and court scheduling
Maintain and organize files in accordance with information governance standards
Manage attorney calendars, emails, and document workflows
Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests
Interact professionally with court personnel, clients, and internal teams
Maintain strict confidentiality and respond to requests with urgency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court operations
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Confident and proficient in court e-filing
Strong drafting skills, including litigation filings and engagement letters
Ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment
Preferred
Experience with document management systems such as iManage preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Kofax/Nuance, Intapp, LMS+, or similar platforms is a plus
