Responsibilities
Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents audit and assessment results
Inspects or verifies less complex products for compliance
Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues
Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements
Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work
Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
Resolves routine issues and concerns
Qualification
Required
More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
More than 1 year of experience have collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
More than 1 year of experience in inspection and inspection techniques
Preferred
Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
More than 1 year of experience performing quality inspections on machined parts and mechanical assemblies
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
Experience inspecting aerospace wire harnesses
