Develop and implement Oracle Cloud architectures that meet business and functional requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues to ensure system reliability and performance

Collaborate with program leadership to validate designs and guide best-practice implementations across CX, C2M, data, and cloud technology domains

Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, and architectural standards

Identify risks proactively and recommend strategies to optimize environments for cost-efficiency and reliability

Lead the integration of Oracle systems with existing enterprise infrastructure

Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Cloud integration patterns, networking, and performance considerations

Review and approve architectural designs to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in cloud governance processes

Support DevOps practices to streamline deployment and operational workflows
