Responsibilities
Audio Equipment Testing – Inspect and test professional-grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performance
Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to shows
Inventory Oversight – Organize and track all audio gear, coordinating availability and maintenance schedules
Documentation & Standards – Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistency
Team Leadership – Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMG’s technical standards
Logistics & Support – Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of audio engineering, including PA systems, mixing consoles, and signal flow
Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is a plus
