Responsibilities
Analyze donor behavior, campaign performance, and fundraising trends to help strengthen donor relationships, improve strategy, and grow philanthropic impact
Design and maintain dashboards and reports
Ensure fundraising data integrity
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for fundraisers and leadership
Partner closely with Development, Finance, and other teams to support informed decision-making and advance our mission
Qualification
Required
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with fundraising data and donor behavior analysis
Proficiency in designing and maintaining dashboards and reports
Strong communication skills to collaborate with Development, Finance, and other teams
Commitment to Food Lifeline's mission and values
Preferred
Experience working in a nonprofit environment
Familiarity with fundraising strategies and trends
Experience with data visualization tools
Knowledge of equity-centered approaches to social impact
