Responsibilities
Oversee the full production lifecycle from pre-production through strike
Create and maintain season-wide and show-specific production schedules
Lead production meetings and distribute standardized notes and follow-ups
Track production budgets and actuals; communicate concerns proactively
Ensure designer purchases align with approved budgets and safety standards
Uphold organizational safety practices across rehearsal, build, and performance environments
Supervise stage management and assigned production staff
Coordinate rehearsal, technical rehearsal, and performance processes
Oversee load-ins, strikes, storage, and material disposition
Maintain standardized production documentation and shared drive systems
Distribute and track scripts and licensed materials
Manage casting logistics and audition infrastructure in coordination with the Artistic Director
Collaborate with Box Office, Marketing, and House Management on production-adjacent needs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of production management or theatrical operations experience
Strong organizational, communication, and budgeting skills
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
Comfort working evenings and weekends during peak production periods
