The PIO Team Lead will oversee PIO installations and processes, troubleshoot installation problems, and lead PIO employees to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to PIO team members

Ensure the PIO installation procedures and processes are followed

Correct parts issues and any other obstacles to production

Certified in all accessory installations

Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair installation issues

Ensure all team members documentation requirements are met

Ensure all team members understand the requirement to follow the customer's installation instruction sheets

Ensure all team members can read and understand customer quality requirements

Ensure all team member installations meet or exceed quality specifications

Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are accurately and effectively installed

Oversee the tool control program for PIO shift and ensure accountability and accuracy of required tools and materials

Continuously improve accessory installation processes and recommend adjustments

Other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to read and write

Ability to record and verify numbers 17 characters in length

Must have demonstrated mechanical abilities

Have general knowledge of automobile components

Ability to operate basic hand tools, drills, wrenches, etc

High School Diploma/G.E.D

Must hold a valid Driver's License

Preferred

Experience with hand tools
