A Head for Profits is a company focused on providing great-tasting draft beer to consumers. They are seeking a Draft Service Technician to service draft beer equipment, requiring strong customer service skills and mechanical inclination, while offering ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

Assist with route coverage when needed including AM accounts and venues

Carry out quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) contracts

Attend the necessary facilities to become Micro Matic certified if requested

Attend, as assigned, all other training deemed necessary by AHFP

Work with and provide training to other employees

Maintain effective and professional working relationships with assigned accounts, sales representatives, and draft tech department personnel

Effectively manage all equipment to include care and maintenance and inventory of assigned equipment and tools

Manage the draft service tech vehicle in accordance to all AHFP policy

Additional duties may include line cleaning and other non-billable services as dictated by the demands of the market

Excellent customer service skills

Be results-driven and self-motivated

Cicerone certification is required of all current AHFP employees

3 years in related industries

Preferred

Working knowledge of draft beer systems

Mechanically/technically inclined

Strong experiences in draft beer industry
