Vice President, National Sales – Ocular Grafts
Cellution Biologics Inc. is a trusted partner in advanced human tissue-based products, innovating regenerative biologics to address unmet patient needs. The Vice President, National Sales – Ocular Grafts will be responsible for spearheading the commercial launch and national expansion of the Ocular Grafts portfolio, focusing on national sales strategy, revenue growth, and market penetration across ophthalmology and optometry channels.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver national revenue targets for Cellution’s Ocular Graft portfolio
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launch, regional expansion, and market share acceleration
Establish pricing, contracting, and reimbursement frameworks aligned with competitive and clinical value positioning
Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with ophthalmic distributors, GPOs, and IDNs for formulary access and volume growth
Build and manage a high-performance national sales team with regional leadership accountability
Expand product access through strategic engagement with corneal specialists, anterior segment surgeons, and ocular surface disease clinics
Drive adoption across ASCs, hospital outpatient departments, and specialty clinics through education and clinical partnerships
Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and channel performance to optimize commercial outcomes
Serve as the commercial face of Cellution Biologics to ophthalmic KOLs, practice administrators, and healthcare executives
Establish and maintain long-term relationships that drive multi-year adoption and advocacy
Represent the company at major ophthalmology conferences, trade shows, and advisory panels to enhance visibility and brand credibility
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing to support clinical education and evidence-based sales messaging
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a results-driven sales organization built on accountability and collaboration
Implement structured sales enablement programs, incentive plans, and CRM utilization to enhance productivity
Foster a culture of scientific integrity, ethical selling, and continuous learning
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Product Management to ensure commercial excellence
Provide accurate sales forecasting, analytics, and reporting to the executive leadership team
Support operational readiness, ensuring consistent product availability and customer satisfaction nationwide
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required
Minimum 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical device, ophthalmology, or regenerative biologics sales
At least 5 years of national-level leadership with proven success in ophthalmic biologics, ocular surface grafts, or amniotic membrane products
Demonstrated ability to launch new biologic products, establish channel partnerships, and scale revenue nationally
Strategic Leadership: Ability to define and execute large-scale commercial vision
Ophthalmic Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the ocular surface ecosystem, including surgeons, ASCs, and distributors
Relationship Management: Proven success in building trusted partnerships with KOLs and enterprise stakeholders
Sales Excellence: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities in complex healthcare systems
Business Acumen: Skilled in analytics, forecasting, and performance management
Regulatory Awareness: Working knowledge of FDA, GMP, and compliance standards in biologics
Team Development: Inspirational leader capable of nurturing high-performance, mission-driven teams
