Manage administrative duties related to onboarding new hires
Collaborate with internal Payroll and Customer Service Teams
Process onboarding items for temporary and full-time employees
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS on a daily basis
Make calls to new hires to verify information provided
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of administrative experience
Experience in Human Resources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Customer service skills
Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP and SAP SuccessFactors
HR onboarding support experience
Experience with ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED
