Responsibilities
Prepare and support accurate, complete, and timely financial statements and management reports
Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries for the month-end close
Manage lease schedules to comply with new lease accounting standards
Develop ad hoc reports to drive standardized and actionable reporting
Engage with management, auditors, and regulatory agencies for inquiries
Prepare Monthly Financial Packets and manage vendor/customer relationships
Oversee cash accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
Prepare bi-weekly payroll entries and sales tax reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passionate and hardworking with strong customer service skills
