Insurance Sales Rep-Farmers Ins. Sales Trainee Program
Farmers Insurance, District 79 is seeking individuals for their Protégé Program, an opportunity for those looking to build a business in the insurance industry. Participants will receive training and support to transition into independent Farmers Insurance Agents.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Develop a book of business by actively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships within the community
Insurance Solutions: Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions
Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
Training & Mentorship: Participate in a comprehensive training program and receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent
Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract potential clients
Agency Operations: Assist in daily agency operations, including policy servicing, quoting, and customer inquiries
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain necessary state insurance licenses (Farmers will provide support)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others

Bachelor's degree preferred
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
