Responsibilities
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
Prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend new subcontractors, and administer subcontracts
Administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M), through the entire contract lifecycle
Participate and lead minor to moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance
Qualification
Required
Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
