Responsibilities
Strategically source and attract top counselor talent across multiple states
Build pipelines through community engagement, digital platforms, colleges, and job boards
Conduct resume reviews, pre-screenings, and coordinate interviews
Guide hiring managers and candidates through a seamless recruitment journey
Keep our ATS up-to-date and optimize job postings
Provide insightful recruitment reports and analytics
50% travel required for onsite visits
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (multi-site/multi-state is a plus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred
