Attend assigned meetings and training
Assist in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP
Provide technical escort when needed
Qualification
Required
Installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components
Collaboration with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Responding to customer requests
Conducting power, cooling, and facility audits
Providing necessary reporting and documentation
Investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems
Identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service
Skills in hvac, hvac system, hvac electrical, electrical, Low Voltage, Cable, Maintenance Repair, Infrastructure
Attendance at assigned meetings and training
Assisting in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP
Providing technical escort when needed
