Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to observe and report any unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access or behaviors
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter prohibited items and/or activities, and assist with access control as directed by site policies
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel
Provide information and assistance to employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed, supporting a welcoming environment
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required during emergency and/or incident response situations
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
Security Experience: 1+ years
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
