Supports personnel and the human resources function

Conducts or assists in projects

Create new employees in HRIS system

Maintain employee records

Maintain HR inbox-answers and refers personnel-related questions or inquiries

Assists with employee communication

Provides guidance to managers and employees various human resource issues

Assist in Job Descriptions

Compensation updates

Prepare and facilitate HR Trainings as part of the team

Maintain employee handbook

Work with team on Employee Recognition and special employee engagement

Provides “WOW” service internally and externally

Assist in audits

Knowledge of all HR functions to help support the team

Follows and supports the Banks Core Values

Follows Bank policies and procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years human resource experience

Strong ethics and integrity, including the ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong communication skills

Basic Knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required

Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software
