Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Perform CAM reporting and budgeting
Conduct lease abstracting for commercial properties
Collaborate with property managers to ensure proper accounting practices are followed
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
Proficiency in CAM reporting and budgeting
Strong skills in lease abstracting
Familiarity with accounting software; Yardi experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
