The role focuses on new customer acquisition and project capture within electric utilities and upstream oil & gas markets.

Responsibilities
Drive new business development across Latin America (Mexico, Central America, South America, Caribbean)
Win new utility customers, EPCs, contractors, and distributors
Identify transmission, distribution and grid infrastructure projects
Build territory plans, pipeline, and go-to-market strategies
Push products into specifications, standards, and approved vendor lists
Lead Oil & Gas business development globally including Latin America
Target upstream offshore, and subsea projects
Develop relationships with operators, EPCs, OEMs, and contractors
Drive long-cycle project pursuits and framework agreements
Identify new applications and growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience years in business development or sales within oil & gas markets/ utilities
Proven track record of winning new business (hunter mindset)
Experience selling through distribution, EPCs, and direct-to-project channels
Strong commercial instincts with technical or engineered products
Comfortable operating across cultures and regions
Fluent Spanish
Background in engineered, industrial, or safety-critical products
