They are seeking a Service Representative to provide professional service to existing clients, assist with policy changes, and contribute to agency growth through client interactions.

Responsibilities
Provide professional, accurate, and timely service to existing clients via phone, email, and in-office communication
Learn and handle policy changes, billing questions, underwriting follow-ups, and claims assistance with strong attention to detail
Participate in coverage reviews to help clients better protect their homes, autos, and families
Support agency growth through internal new business, life insurance conversations, referrals, and 5-star client reviews
Maintain clear, compliant documentation of all client interactions
Show up on time, prepared, and ready to improve every day
Qualification
Required
Strong reliability, work ethic, and personal accountability
Coachable mindset with the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and comfort working in a regulated environment
Willingness and ability to obtain required Property & Casualty insurance licenses (training and support provided)
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, finance, or insurance is a plus, but not required
Consistent work history and commitment to growth preferred
Candidates who already hold a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license are strongly encouraged to apply
