Mid, Senior LevelFull Spectrum Studio (FSS) is a progressive art studio dedicated to supporting artists with disabilities. The Art Director will bring artistic expertise to guide and support artists in creating artwork for juried shows and curated collections.

Responsibilities
Bring artistic and creative expertise to the artists' energy and work with them to identify their strengths
Help artists create artwork worthy of juried art shows and curated collections
Provide guidance and support while professionally guiding artists through the creative and critique process
Work seamlessly with the studio manager to address daily experiences at the studio, materials procurement, proper safety protocols, and comprehensive creative self-expression
Help shepherd artists' pieces for submission to the Art League of Hilton Head, local markets, and juried competitions
Qualification
Required
Proven art background and portfolio of work - any medium (painting, pottery, glass, textiles, printmaking, sculpture, etc.)
Experience in professional art activities, markets, shows, juried shows, etc
Have successful experience with the community of people with disabilities - either personally or professionally
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Preferred
Experience in other mediums
Experience teaching adults with disabilities
Management experience
Be available to start working soonest
