Responsibilities
Assist with on-site project coordination, including setup and breakdown of job sites
Perform daily site walks to check progress and safety compliance
Take and organize site photos and notes for reporting and documentation
Assist in preparing daily field reports, timesheets, and other logs
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed
Support public outreach efforts
Maintain and organize project documentation
Help enforce safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
Run errands or pick up supplies when necessary
Act as a visual observer to support drone pilots
Support the operations lead and project manager with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required, relevant coursework or certifications a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
Proficiency with smartphones, cameras, tablets, computer and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Google Drive)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (vehicle) for job duties
Preferred
1+ year of experience in construction or related field preferred
Ability to read simple construction drawings or site plans is a plus
