Responsibilities
Provide daily opportunities, hands-on training, and the structure to stay consistent and close deals
Receive warm live appointments from the inside sales team
Utilize full marketing, CRM, and admin support
Participate in open house opportunities with flyers, signage, and lead capture
Leverage lead sources including Sphere, Internet, Prospecting, and Listing campaigns
Receive mentorship from top local producers and national coaches
Engage in daily roleplay, weekly coaching, and optional leadership training
Participate in full onboarding, accountability, and growth tracking
Access private and group coaching through the Upgrade Community
Work with seller leads, buyer leads, referral leads, and agent-to-agent opportunities
Qualification
Required
Hold an active CA real estate license
Are newer and want mentorship, or experienced and want leverage
Want to build a consistent and profitable business
Are committed, accountable, and ready to grow
