Responsibilities
Acting as the primary client liaison, responsible for overseeing all communication with client, sponsor/exhibitor and all third party vendors
Planning, developing and executing sponsorship program
Serving as sponsor manager for a specific program
Developing sponsorship packages on behalf of client, if required
Responsible for fulfillment of all sponsorship needs
Managing invoicing and payment of all sponsorships
Overseeing sponsor program on-site (travel required)
Final billing review with client, if required
May require 50% of travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of tradeshow industry
Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management
Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead planning process
Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management
Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications
Preferred
Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background
