Sales Manager – Natural Channel

Evergreen Waffles is a fast-scaling brand focused on reinventing breakfast with craveworthy and nutritious waffles. The Sales Manager – Natural Channel will lead the company's growth across the natural retail channel, managing key accounts and driving strong execution and velocity at shelf.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key natural retail accounts, broker teams, and distributor relationships (UNFI, KeHE, etc.)
Deliver sales targets, velocity goals, and in-store execution standards
Build and execute quarterly retail plans in collaboration with brokers and internal teams
Develop promotional and merchandising programs with retail partners
Use syndicated data and store-level insights to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Represent Evergreen in retail meetings, trade shows, and in-store events
Provide customer and consumer feedback to inform innovation and marketing initiatives

Qualification

CPG sales experienceNatural Channel expertisePresentation skillsNegotiation skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

5+ years of CPG sales experience in the Natural Channel
Deep understanding of natural retailers and distributor networks
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working autonomously
