Responsibilities
Assist with processing accounts payable items in a timely manner
Allocate expenses for the different entities and departments
Assist with preparing month end close and bank reconciliations
Assist with resolving any discrepancies or accounting issues
Assist with journal entries and account analysis
Organize work files and documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in general ledger software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service
