Responsibilities
Identify educators, students, and professionals who align with CollabED’s mission
Engage in thoughtful one-to-one outreach (DMs, emails, warm introductions)
Help craft authentic invitations that reflect CollabED’s voice and values
Share insights about where educators are gathering and what they are asking for
Help shape ethical, human-centered growth strategies
Serve as a bridge between CollabED and the wider educator community
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Emotional intelligence
Respect for people's time and agency
The ability to work independently and follow through
A belief that relationships matter more than metrics
