They are seeking a part-time Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices for both internal employees and external hospital customers.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization
Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade laptop hardware and software
Troubleshooting equipment support, inventory tracking, and mobile device management
Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, email, and through helpdesk software
Track, manage, and ship IT equipment and maintain accurate inventory records
Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate issues when appropriate
Other technical support tasks as needed

Required

Must live in the United States and be eligible to work for any employer without work visa sponsorship
Available to work part-time hours during standard EST business hours
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization
Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade laptop hardware and software
Troubleshooting equipment support, inventory tracking, and mobile device management
Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, email, and through helpdesk software
Track, manage, and ship IT equipment and maintain accurate inventory records
Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate issues when appropriate
Customer-focused, technically skilled, and able to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop hardware and software support or configuration
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows-based desktop hardware and software
Experience administering the Google Workspace applications
Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools
Strong and reliable internet access from home
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
