Must hold an active license or be in the process of completing one
Commission only, but most associates are in a transaction within 30 to 45 days
Hands-on shadowing with live showings, open houses, and client appointments
Flexible schedule, perfect for those starting their real estate career full-time or part-time
Low entry requirements, just bring a reliable car, smartphone, and laptop
Daily buyer leads and scheduled appointments provided
ISA team handling follow-up and nurturing so you can focus on clients
Coaching, scripts, and mentorship from proven top producers
Full marketing support, including social media, video, and branding for the luxury space
Tech stack including Lofty CRM, IDX website, dialers, and Google Suite
Transaction and listing coordination so you stay focused on revenue
Off-market seller and investor leads for added opportunity
Qualification
Required
Must hold an active license or be in the process of completing one
Hold an active CA license or are actively completing licensing requirements
Are coachable, committed, and driven to grow fast in real estate
Are organized, proactive, and comfortable with client outreach
