They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a range of administrative, office, and operation support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Responsibilities

Receiving visitors: welcome, sign in, sign and file NDA

Answering phone: answer and transfer all incoming calls to applicable personnel

Creating project folders: receive new project request from Sales. Create physical projects folders and hand to applicable Operation Supervisors

Mailing: check, sort, prepare mail and letters

Office supplies: monitor applicable office supplies and request orders as applicable

Events: assist in calling, ordering, scheduling company related activities as requested

Printing, documenting, and filing: files and document as requested

Invoicing: create invoice submitted by project managers as requested

Other miscellaneous office administrative duties as requested

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of administrative/clerical experience
