Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions with focus on Finance and SCM modules
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, integrated solutions
Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems using best practices
Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, and documentation to support project delivery and ongoing operations
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud features, updates, and industry trends
Mentor and train team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 6 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions in complex environments
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Supply Chain domains
Expertise in integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, middleware platforms)
Experience with data migration, reporting, and analytics in Oracle Cloud environments
Oracle certification(s) in Cloud Architecture or relevant modules preferred
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR)
Experience with agile project methodologies and DevOps practices
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience in global ERP rollouts and multi-country implementations
